It is a true knit and gorgeous!

What a lovely sweater! I am pleased to say I received an absolute true knit! You will want to either hand wash or put in a delicates bag in the machine on a warm/cold cycle and then and hang to dry (I did this, and it tuned out beautifully). The sweater is not baby soft, but it is very cozy and not itchy in the least.
